I have justed asked the pc shop in east london to test one of these units. The issues with the chinese lettering are still there. Owner of shop is going to ask supplier for follow up on this……Can you maybe verify whether this issue is still there?

We are very sorry to hear about your experiences with the Noontec line of media players. At the beginning of October 2011 we attended an IT Expo at Ratange Junction in Cape Town. Most of the major computer hardware and software suppliers attended this expo as well.

One supplier in particular was there to launch their line of Noontec mmedia players. We had first hand experience using all of the media players on display; including the V9T media player. We did not find it confusing at all. Everything was in proper english and was really easy to navigate through the menus.

Thus we decided to start stocking these media players based on personal experience with all the units and not just because of their competitive prices or awards that they have won.
