“The world’s most customizable mouse.” That is what Danish gaming peripheral maker SteelSeries claims about their Sensei series mouse. These 8-button mouse can be configured thru a 16,8 million colours LCD menu system with on the back. Darn, do these mouse have their own processors? Yes, sir! A 32bit ARM processor!
The SteelSeries Sensei boasts 10.8 megapixel HD image correlation at up to 12,000 frames per second and the ability to handle tracking movements of up to 150 inches per second thanks to a state of the art laser sensor.
Available in the Sensei and Sensei [RAW] models, the series has set a new benchmark in high definition laser gaming mouse standards. The Sensei is the full featured model while the Sensei [RAW] is the “pure” version. SteelSeries explains –
The Sensei is our version of the grand-master in our Do Jo. It is the teacher. The Sensei [RAW] is that master in his pure and focused form. With tournament grade components and focused intent, the Sensei [RAW] is the essence of performance delivering only what you need to eliminate your challengers.
Now, as if that wasn’t impressive enough, SteelSeries launched a Call of Duty Black Ops II version of the Sensei [RAW].
Thanks to the support of the SteelSeries Engine software, you can record even extremely long and advanced macros to the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Gaming Mouse. The macros can not only be layered and can include keystrokes and precise timing, but they can span across your peripherals allowing you to have a mouse button assigned to perform keyboard strokes and mouse clicks in the same macro.
OK, enough raving. Let’s see it.
