If you’re an audiophile, the name “Boston” will be familiar. Boston Acoustics is world famous for their compact, well-made, crisp sounding speakers.
Boston Acoustics, founded in 1979 in the United States, was acquired in 2005 by D&M Holdings; the D for Denon and the M for Marantz. So, it’s in excellent company.

First we should mention that these are not standalone speaker pairs as per usual for a PC. These are available in single units that need an amplifier to drive them. That is also why they are not listed in our PC Speakers category but in our new Home Entertainment category.
Boston Bookshelf Speakers
The Boston Bookshelf speakers are perhaps their most famous range. Correctly speaking, they should be called Boston Acoustics Bookshelf loudspeakers but they usually are referred to as Boston Bookshelf speakers.
