Shipments and returns
In-stock items of value of R250 or more can be delivered FREE in the Helderberg area; the fee for local delivery of items costing less than R250 is only R30.
For national shipping, packages are generally dispatched within 2 work days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a courier, Postnet or a shipping agent of your choice.
If you prefer speed delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we can provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the transport or postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight and distance of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Returns or refunds
Please contact us soonest to arrange for the return and replacement of a product if -
a. you received it in faulty condition;
b. if it went faulty within its warranty period.
We will arrange a replacement of the product soonest. If the product is out of stock or is returned within the statutory consumer protection provisions (Chapter VII of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002), we will gladly refund the purchase and shipping costs.
