In-stock items of value of R350 or more can be delivered FREE in the Helderberg area; the fee for local delivery of items costing less than R350 is only R30.
The cost of shipping standard sized items – those that can fit into a shipping envelope or similar sized shipping box – is R135. The cost of shipping large items, such as inverters or backup batteries, will be quoted to you.
Occasionally we announced a reduced shipping rate for a limited time, usually during traditional celebrations such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Black Friday and the Christmas Festive Season. These reduced shipping rate apply only to standard size shipping items, with the shipping costs of large and/or heavy items quoted individually.
For national shipping, packages are generally dispatched within 2 work days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a courier, Postnet or a shipping agent of your choice.
If you prefer speed delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we can provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the transport or postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight and distance of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
For your peace of mind and ours, we use only trusted, wel-established couriers.
All famous branded new products (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Intel, MSi, Western Digital, etc.) carry the warranty as supplied by the manufacturers and/or their direct distributors. These warranties range from 1 year up to 5 years. Please ask about the warranty period on specific branded products.
Other new products are usually covered by 1-year carry-in warranties, meaning that you have to bring the product to our store to have it fixed, replaced or refunded.
Refurbished products carry a 6-months carry-in warranty.
IMPORTANT: please note that warranties become void if –
- a product is damaged by the users;
- a product is damaged by power surges such as can be caused by loadshedding. (We suggest you consider protecting your electronic equipment with a UPS or other proven emergency power backup solutions.)
We will always do our best to solve warranty issues speedily or will offer other proven solutions.
Returns or refunds
Please contact us soonest to arrange for the return and replacement of a product if –
a. you received it in faulty condition;
b. if it went faulty within its warranty period.
We will arrange a replacement of the product soonest. If the product is out of stock or is returned within the statutory consumer protection provisions (Chapter VII of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002), we will gladly refund the purchase and shipping costs.
